Eric enjoys extensive experience as a courtroom litigator. Over almost 30 years of practice, he has earned many multi-million dollar settlements and verdicts litigating product liability, medical malpractice, premises liability, construction accidents, auto accidents, and other complex claims.
Eric is an associate member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). Membership to ABOTA is by invitation, only and members must meet rigorous qualifications. Eric is also a member of the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates Forum, limited to select attorneys who have achieved million dollar settlements and verdicts. He graduated from Villanova University School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review. While at Villanova, he was the winning finalist and Best Oralist in the Reimel Moot Court Competition.
Eric is the author of two published law review articles. He also co-authored, “For the Plaintiff: Determining and Proving Damages; For the Defense: Limiting Damages in Pennsylvania,” a manual published by the National Business Institute, Inc. (1993).
Eric has lectured on legal ethics and prepared written materials for continuing legal education seminars. Eric is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned an honors degree in Psychology and was elected into Phi Beta Kappa. He is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as all Pennsylvania federal courts, including the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
When not supporting the effort of his clients, he serves as the President of the Board of Governors of the Germantown Cricket Club, elected by members to the post in 2018 and re-elected in 2020. He also serves on two committees of the Ocean Pointe Condo Association in the Florida Keys. He previously served for 10 years as an elected member of the Radnor Township School Board, serving two years as Board President.
