Robert Astrachan’s current practice focuses on personal injury matters. Robert has experience as a litigation attorney appearing before state and federal courts in various matters, including personal injury, medical malpractice, medical device and products liability cases. He also has experience in commercial litigation, immigration and family law. Fluent in Spanish and English, Robert is uniquely positioned to represent plaintiffs in personal injury matters.
Robert Astrachan is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, California, the United States Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, The United States Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Prior to joining Zajac & Arias LLC, Mr. Astrachan, clerked for the Honorable Judge Jose A. Fuste at the Federal District Court of Puerto Rico. In addition, he gained extensive experience in immigration law during his tenure at Nationalities Service Center. He was a participant in Temple University Beasley School of Law’s Integrated Trial Advocacy Program.
Mr. Astrachan is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, Brandeis Law Society and serves as an arbitrator at the Philadelphia County Compulsory Arbitration Center.
Mr. Astrachan earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his Juris Doctor Degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
