Robert Astrachan’s current practice focuses on personal injury matters. Robert has experience as a litigation attorney appearing before state courts in various matters, including personal injury, medical malpractice and products liability cases. He also has experience in immigration and family law. Fluent in Spanish and English, Robert is uniquely positioned to represent plaintiffs in personal injury matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Astrachan, clerked for the Honorable Judge Jose A. Fuste at the Federal District Court of Puerto Rico. In addition, he gained extensive experience in immigration law during his tenure at Nationalities Service Center. He was a participant in Temple University Beasley School of Law’s Integrated Trial Advocacy Program.
Robert Astrachan is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Mr. Astrachan earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his Juris Doctor Degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
